Black Sea Service Ltd would like to offer you our service
in manning of vessels by the skilled Crews.
Our Agency has been developed in 1993, located in Sevastopol,
Crimea, Ukraine.
Since that time on we have gained a good deal of experience
in selecting and supplying of qualified marine personnel
to foreign Companies vessels.
Our data bank is over 2.500 Seamen, all carefully selected
and screened, certified in accordance to STCW-95 requirements,
deck Officers who are graduated of Higher Marine Academies
and Colleges, underwent training and obtained GMDSS certificates.
They have certain experience of work on Bulk carriers, RO-RO,
Tankers, Reefers, Containers, MPP and any other merchant vessels.
We are mostly interested in business partnership with
some shipping Company for whom we could provide Crews from
Ukraine.
We realise that you probably have good contacts with similar
crewing Agencies, nevertheless we dare offer you assistance
in crew forming activity taking into consideration rather
high professional and discipline level of our personnel.
